Our vibrant sparkling Riesling is a perfect balance of acidity and sugar. It brings together beautiful flavours of elderflower, stone, and honey. By producing the wine in stainless steel, it maintains its fruit brightness, while complimenting the delicate but refreshing mousse.
Best served between 4°C and 7°C.
Ideally pairs with spicy food, butternut squash soup (non-dairy), oysters, crab, caviar or lobster.
