Our Riserva Chardonnay has been maturing for 12 months in French oak. This process delicately embraces the wine providing it with aromas of toast, cream, peach, and butter. This wine is ready to drink now but has potential to cellar for the next 4 years.
Best served between 10°C and 12°C.
Ideally paired with creamy pasta, winter vegetables, and truffle buttered popcorn.
Tanins with buttery notes of citrus flavours, vanilla, and a hint of caramel pineapple.
