Slow Flow Class Opens & Rejuvinates
This 60 minute class takes place outdoors surrounded by the paradise of the vineyard.
Enjoy a slow flow class, while breathing in fresh air and using your practice to reflect to the sounds of nature. This class is designed to take advantage of the relaxing environment to help comfort and heal.
Suitable for all levels including beginners, where the focus is on breath, movement and bringing balance to the body.

Melinda Bos, Yoga Instructor

Melinda is a full-time yoga teacher, completing her 200 hour training back in 2020. She leads practices designed to calm & stretch your body, focusing on breath and asanas (postures). Trained in restorative yoga, where the focus is on the release of mind-body tension, and bringing the nervous system into a state of healing. A lifelong Niagara Resident, Melinda loves the beauty & abundance of the region and all that Niagara has to offer.
