Our Riserva Pinot Noir has been maturing for 12 months in French oak. This process creates complex flavours of cedar, bramble, and earth while maintaining the fresh fruit aromas of blueberry, strawberry, and plum. This wine is ready to drink now and should not be cellared for more than 3 years.
Best served between 12°C and 15°C.
Ideally paired with roasted game birds, mushroom pasta, and classic umami flavoured Japanese dishes.
Dry, with a little more than medium body, mid range on tannins, and bright but not overpowering acidity. Cherry, blackberry, hibiscus and earthy minerality.
